The OCS4480-H8-Y server chassis has been produced with a blend of robustness and flexibility regarding the business environment. The case is suited for ATX sized up to a maximum of 305 x 244mm motherboards, and it has enough capacity for up to 8 hot-pluggable hard disks of 3.5 inches each along with a 2.5-inch SSD, indicating that the storage facility is not in short supply with this casing.
The case has a 6GB Mini-SAS backplane for 4x SFF8087, which is temperature-controllable, SGPIO enabled and has time-sharing startup capabilities. Four 8025 standard fans are for cooling, while the chassis takes in a sized power supply. The panel is of a type 1.0 honeycomb hole and is subjected to black powder spraying to increase the aesthetics and resilience of the panel. There is a provision of 7 PCI expansion slots, which enables the OCS4480-H8-Y to be used with enhanced versatility for many applications.
