Assembly Line

At present, there are three in operation at the plant. The third one is marked. The third one is a confidential line set up in a separate shop for a specific category of customers who demand it. Our warehouse has the space and capability to handle and store pre-delivered standard goods. The warehouse is spacious, and it receives good lighting, adequate aeration, and safety features, which ensure appropriate conditions for product storage. There is a warehouse in charge personnel who regularly conducts physical inventory and inbound and outbound monitoring of the warehouse and oversees all operational aspects, including the organization of the storage facility.

Punch Mold

Efficient and accurate parting is performed using special bulk production technologies. To guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the workings, there is always a strict inspection and maintenance of the workings based on how the workings have been used. The Timing of Maintenance Activity is based on ascribed degree of vulnerability of mold over periods of longest possible use of the active material, for mold cases the maintenance structure is subdivided into three categories A, B and C.
